A delicate balance between the old and the new is a key to successful design in a heritage building or area. The new fabric should not overwhelm the heritage elements, at the same time, the existing heritage should provide unique characteristics to the new spatial design/ built form. It is also important to remember the council guidelines and constraints. Our experience in heritage design has been successful in gaining building approval promptly - with a functional new design and without any excessive cost.
